To check availability and book one of our apartments in Cheltenham use the online booking form below, or if you prefer you can call 01242 582172 or email info@roomsbooked.com to book.
If at any time you wish to change the details of your booking simply click the Make Booking link at the top of the page to start again or use your browsers back button to step back through the process.
The cancellation policy shown below is void. A 14 day cancellation policy is in place. Bank holidays and special events are non refundable. To check your dates and cancellation policy, please contact us before making a reservation
Terms and Conditions
Deposits: A 100% deposit will be taken if the booking is within 28 days otherwise, a 50% deposit will be taken and then the remaining 50% will be required a month in advance of the booking.
Cancellations and Refunds: On cancellation of a booking, the Central Hotel will refund the full amount of the booking provided that notification is received at least 24 hours before the date of arrival, unless specified otherwise at the time of booking. For example, large group bookings may require a longer notification period.
The Central Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking, at any time outside of its own cancellation policy, without having to give reason.
Special Requests: Any special requirements must be emailed to info@centralhotelcheltenham.co.uk at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
CHARGES:
Please be aware that during your stay, you are liable for all damages and misuse of the facilities and equipment that is provided.
All damages will be assessed and charged accordingly to materials, replacements, parts and labour fees.
We will debit the card that you have provided at the time of booking. An invoice can be issued on request with a breakdown of charges.
Central Serviced Apartments operates a no smoking policy. If found to be smoking in the accommodation poriveded, a £60 fine will be issued.
